Situated in the green leafy suburb of Rondebosch in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood approximately 10 km’s from Cape Town centre and the V &A waterfront with the new Cape Town Stadium which has been completed in time to host the 2010 Soccer World Cup.
Gloucester House is 15 min from Cape Town International airport and transfers can be arranged if necessary. Table Mountain with its panoramic views of the Cape is 15 mins from Gloucester House and Cape Point is 45 mins away. Aquila game reserve which features The Big Five is a 2 hour drive from Cape Town.
A large garden with lawns back and front surround this English Style double storey house, with a beautiful large swimming pool and views of the mountain. Gloucester House is within easy reach of restaurants and shops.
The accommodation consists of three double rooms, each with two single beds. Two bedrooms have bathrooms and self catering facilities inside the main house. The third self catering unit with all amenities, known as the “South Wing” behind the main house, opens onto the pool area and has outside access. Tea, coffee and milk are provided as well as TV in all units.
There is secure off street parking within the grounds with electronic access control. Laundry facilities are available.
